Let me just say this was the worst experience I have ever encountered! People say this all the time, but I truly did not want to give even 1 star!! If minus was possible  trust me I would! I have simply come on here to warn others. 

On a night like Halloween, where so many people make more of an effort to come out and celebrate; why on earth would the club "birthdays" and the skiddles promoters sell more tickets than the club's capacity??! Me and others arrived at the club, having bought prepaid tickets  on the direct site and Skiddles, only to be told that the club is full and we are not allowed in. There was no warning, no further explanation or resolution and the manager, Jonathan, did not even want to come out and explain the situation or offer a refund, despite it being their error.  Soo many people were turnt away despite having paid. They were still accepting payments on their website as late as 11:30pm plus despite them telling others AT THE DOOR that it was full with no entry. And the bouncers were obnoxious and was not helpful. It actually felt like they were laughing at our situation! 

This club was full blown scamming people and I am yet to receive a refund! I am hugely disappointed and wish to report such despicable service. Do not risk it unless you wish to spend unnecessarily! They are scamming people!

Amazing music!
Poor poor poor poor rubbish sound!!! Absolutely embarrassing. That is the reason why it feels like a rip off.

Fix the sound please!!


Great gig by Dope Saint Jude and Blinky Bill.  Looking forward to hearing more from them and similar artists! 

Sickest night, a really nice little venue bringing in a nice crowd to listen to FS&HG at their best, showcasing some new music

BIRTHDAYS is a bar and venue located on Dalston&#39;s main strip, about five minutes walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland tube stations. 

It&#39;s housed in the lower levels of a faceless residential block which we&#39;re gradually transforming into a two-floor fun factory with a massive sound system and a stage and pretty lights and all the other stuff you&#39;d expect to find at a music venue.
