I think the location of the festival should be noted as its not on usual location on Blackheath but quite a long way away almost in Greenwich.
On a hot summers day I wasn't allowed to take my water bottle in had to pour the water away. I was told there were many water points within the festival. Inside there were none. They only place you could get water was a charity tent and they asked people for a donation to fill up water. Stewards didn't know set times or where acts were playing, for example Aswad were supposed to be playing between Lightning Seeds and Zutons, no one could say where. Main stage seemed very crammed in when there was so much empty space around entrance. Probably need some staff walking around able to advise or a link or app to festival info so you know who is playing and when.

Really enjoyed the event. It was well organised, the atmosphere was good, there was music and food for all tastes and all ages. Particularly enjoyed the reggae tent - the music there was excellent. Only criticism was the price of the food and drink, but to be expected as it was a captive audience. Staff were friendly and there were plenty of loos with soap and loo roll available throughout. A great day out, would definitely recommend.

Well planned event, everything went smoothly. Could have done with a little better planning/room in front of main stage as when acts came on it was heaving and a little bit too packed in.
My only complaint would be the price of the food and drink. Massively overpriced. I spent over £60 just on food and drink for just my children. Ridiculous. I think that banning own picnics/food into the venue is harsh on those who have families. I think a small picnic bag should he allowed and stop making people pay for food unless they want to.

it was a good festival but i feel most of the food and drink places were very overpriced especially as you could not bring in your own water. £3 for a small warm bottle of water was a bit of a surprise.
