VIP section a total rip off.
Hardly any seats, no covered area, queues for toilets, not worth the extra paid.
Wanted to leave arena due to heavy rain but was told could not return.
Cost of food and drink ridiculous.
Will never attend this event again. Will formally complain.

Vip area absolutely disgusting bar over priced with very little supply’s
Had to use normal bar . No seating in this area . Just a piece of grass with a fence around it . Spent most of our time in the none Vip area after paying for VIP

Paid for VIP and toilets were awful, sick and poo everywhere and no hand towels, no soap and sometimes no water.
Bar didn’t haven’t stick of all drinks in VIP area. Fair rides advertised as included but this was only children’s area so miss-sold.
Music good but facilities need improving.

It was not advertised that the unlimited rides ended at 7pm. There was no undercover eating or sitting area.

Better directions from public transport. Lots of people wandering around lost trying to find venue. Timings were off with no updates about what was going to happen and with issues on the rail network I then had to leave early. Sell drinks in recyclable cups. Cans and rubbish everywhere causing a hazard. Got hit by 3 umbrellas. They are dangerous in this kind of event. More posts on social media through the day and answer questions during the event. Can’t help the weather but much room for improvement

Super grateful to have won these tickets today. The music was great, Ronan Keating & Billy ocean especially. DJ Luck & Mc Neat also we’re incredible. My only faults would be - VIP toilet facilities not great, prices were very expensive! £8 for a c**ktail can, £4 for chips and I’m talking about 20 chips, £8 for a crepe. Aside from this and despite the awful weather the event was really good! Me and my friends had a wonderful time and I would definitely come back.

Apart from the rain the event was good. The V.I.P. Toilets Weren’t what we expected, not very clean. The food was very expensive.

Such a shame it poured with rain and we got soaked and left before we got to see who we wanted (Dualers & Billy Ocean). The bar prices were ridiculous- £7 for a can of weak beer! Ridiculous at any time but during a cost of living crisis even
More so. Such a shame because expectations were high but bad weather ruined it

Had a great time at the festival. The vip family area was disappointing, barely any seating and we couldn’t go to the other vip area with the kids to buy the food in the VIP area. Wouldn’t pay for VIP family tickets. The event itself was great otherwise, despite the rain. Acts and free kids ride were great. A brilliant atmosphere and would definitely come again!
