Borough Market’s Evening of Cheese is back with an even greater variety of weird and wonderful cheeses from all over the world, including Alsop and Walker’s Lord London as featured at the Royal wedding. As well as sampling and Christmas cheese-board shopping, a ‘cracking of the parmesan wheel’ competition will take place along with an exclusive demonstration by Michelin-starred chef Luca Marchini. Taking place on Wednesday 14th December, 6-9pm, the festive event is guaranteed to get guests in the Christmas spirit as they are given the opportunity to sample the delicious (and perhaps surprising) varieties, learn about the craft behind cheese making from internationally renowned experts, and purchase some lovely unique additions to their Christmas cheeseboard.
