This was dreadful and certainly not an "electric night".  We would advise others to avoid this organiser at all costs!!  There was no circus or Cirque De Soliel theme, no runway, stilt walkers or gates of fire on arrival as promised in fact there was no decorations at all.  The staff working there did not even seem to be aware that it was suppose to be a circus themed night.  We paid for the VIP entry so that we could queue jump, yet on arrival they did not even have us listed and we had to wait at the door, only being let in when we showed the email confirmation.  The drinks were really expensive and at 10.30pm we were told that there would also be no confetti drop or live link to Big Ben as had been promised.  Having tried to call the organiser on the night and a number of times since (we'd like a refund) the phone just rings and then says the number is not available.  This was an absolute sham, false advertising and made a dreadful NYE, make sure you avoid it!

A dreadful night 

Fasle advertising. This night promised a cirque de soleil themed evening which promised to be London's most talked about party of 2013. I have been talking about this event but for all the wrong reasons. On arrival there were no stilt walkers, no gates of fire or champagne reception as advertised. The room was not transformed whatsoever and there were no signs of a circus. Just before midnight, the most pathetic stilt walker and his little chubby friend came out, it was a total embarrassment. I am appalled that I paid £30 for a ticket for such a sham of a night. There was no live link to Big Ben and no confetti drop at midnight as advertised. When we approached the "events organiser" to complain his attidue absolutely stunk, and at any opportunity he ran off and hid not only from myself and my friends complaining, but from many others complaining also. If we knew that the event was falsely advertised in such a way, I would not have bought tickets to such a sham. Drinks were also highly overpriced, and the staff were rather rude and unhelpful. DO NOT GO TO THIS EVENT ON NYE!!

False Advertising ---- If you call that 'London Circus' then your yanking my chain. There was no circus in sight, I was very disappointed, What a waist of £27. The description about the night was full of lies, So I payed £27 for a non-themed night with over priced drinks and rude staff. 

I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS EVENT AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVICE YOU ALL DONT AS WELL!

Poorly organised and promoted. We were told that there would be entertainment such as stilt walkers and acrobats, there was no such thing. On the website we were told the last time we could enter the venue was at 1 o'clock, we arrived at 11:30 and were turned away given no reason and told to return at 1:00. When confronted the promoter ran away from the groups of people in the same situation as my party. Our only option was to return at 1:00 where we stayed for half an hour because the atmosphere was intolerable. I would not go to another of your events and you should have a serious talk with the promoter because he did an awful job.
