Was very disappointed with the service.. or the lack of. Waited 30 minutes for drinks despite spending hundreds of pounds. It was not told that seating is on first come first serve basis. Food was incorrect and dietary requirements of ‘gluten free’ items were not handled or processed efficiently! Was only allowed to purchase bottles rather than single/double spirit drinks despite the table beside us being able to order normal spirited drink without purchasing the full £180 bottle! No management on hand to speak with or even resolve issue when request 4 times! No apologies or acknowledgement of poor service.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service of this establishment and will not be in a hurry to return for events at this club. Terribly embarrassed that I booked this place for my friends.

Absolute joke to ask everyone to stay seated the entire duration of the event. A huge amount of security to enforce this and f**ked off everyone at the venue. Was not like this last year and if I had known we could not socialise i would not have bought a ticket. Will call to complain and ask for money back.

Music was loud you couldnâ??t talk to your friend on the table, but you canâ??t dance. The service omg!!! Ordered the same drink 4 times before it actually came! The food olives meat cheese first dish then they put all together and brought out a pizzas as the main!
Nice to be out with friends after a year long lockdown... but this event needs seriously looking at to be rated higher... we all felt disappointed mislead and ripped off
