Unfortunately this event was extremely disorganised. My event was changed to a different pier and no boarding passes were sent. This meant we did not know which boat we should be on, along with others waiting on the quayside. We got there at 7.30 and waited in the freezing cold until 9.15 when we eventually boarded. We were given the Hollywood which was a single decker, with only one male and female toilet. It was packed. If this boat had sunk I really don't know how the organisers would have worked out the names on board. The music was too loud with sweary hip hop/garage tunes, not the club classics advertised.  The queue for the bar was horrendous. It took 45 minutes to get our first drink and we were near the front of the queue. It didn't help that the card machine broke down and there were only two ladies serving. The bar queue remained long the whole time we were on the boat and took up all the space on the dance floor. Everyone was moaning. Thank goodness we got the cheaper tick*ts as we booked early in the year. Those that paid £200 and over were really unhappy. Will not do this again and would not recommend it!

The whole thing is a fiasco, no organisation at entrance waited 1 1/2 hour for boat to arrive and then everyone pushed to get on but it wasn't the 4 floor boat . It was a small boat and there was to many on the boat so we could not get on  and nobody available to sort.

It was a very funny trip. Could have been better..... but also, we booked early, got a decent price. Positives..... the trip down the Thames was amazing, it was lovely to have the views whilst having a drink with friends. The drinks were incredibly reasonably priced for New Year in London. It was great to be sitting down whilst waiting to watch the fireworks, as if you had booked with a side tick*ts you would have to stand up for a 4 to 5 hours before you sow them. Negatives.... They didn't have the best drink selection. No zero beer or soda water (so I could have spritzer) and also at one point no tonic. I thought they would've given everybody a glass of fizz when it came to actual New Year, but they didn't. The big negative was that when we went out on the front to watch a fireworks a whole load of people stood around the edges so couldn't see very much, to get down but they didn't barely watched the fireworks. Most of the boat was undercover, so there weren't very many areas where you could see the fireworks. Also, the description said there were two decks of music, however only one Deck it seemed  to be open. Also, they gave a tick*t to a nightclub so you could go onto party. However, this nightclub was the other side of Camden so this would've been pretty much impossible.

I have to say it was a good and funny night, but please don't have any high expectations and don't pay a lot of money for this trip. Take it for what it is and you will have a great time.

Skiddle is a scam. We were denied access to the boat since we were informed that Tick*tMaster was the sole tick*ting agent for the fireworks boats.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Massively oversold the tick*t. Boat was meant to be 2 story and we only had one. Extremely badly organised as no one knew who was on which boat. We were meant to be on a different boat then when we met with the bouncer for the Hollywood boat, he told us it was that boat despite being called som**hing else on our tick*t. We only just made the boat after being stood in the queue for 2 hours

The boat never arrived, would love a refund on the tick*ts. Other passengers I was waiting with amd they also never got onto the boat as it never arrived

no organisation the description to what boat we were on,music & the pier we were meant to get on changed a day before no link attachment on the last minute email for boarding passes. If they are saying that you are on one of the biggest boats on the Thames don't do it you are being lied to.Espescially when they say we moor up opposite the London eye.The follow-on event is difficult to get to if you're not local & the amount of unhelpful people around. What this trip says it offers & what you really get is this lousy review. Don't do it is my advice Avoid the Hollywood boat at all cost 

Absolutely one of the best nights out I've ever had. Great DJs and MC's, great party vibes, amazing to see all the sights lit up at night and a brilliant atmosphere with fab tunes
