Review of World Cup Dalston QF - Hosted by Scott Minto
Great table service, great atmosphere. Appalling toilets - not nearly enough of them for the volume of people, filthy dirty, locks which didn’t work and full of men doing gear!!!

Review of World Cup Wonderland Dalston - 3rd Dec
The place was extremely cold, and we had to leave at halftime to find a pub and watch indoors. I understand it's not your fault this is a 'winter world cup,' but the assurances that there would be a heater (extremely small portable one only near the dj area; literally you could not feel the heat coming from it further than 1 foot away) and the open room, made for watching it quite frankly absurd. You could see your breath. The staff had frozen (ha ha) smiles on their faces too, standing there enduring the conditions.

Review of World Cup Dalston Round of 16 - Host by Tony Cottee
It was good, screens were very small for the size of the event.. also no smoking area for general admission seemed a bit ridiculous considering it was only a fence leading to the balcony, going down 3 floors to go outside wasnt ideal

Review of World Cup Dalston England vs Wales - Hosted By Steve Hodge
This might look like a bitter review but I promise it’s not. The atmosphere was pretty pathetic given that it was sold as a fan park. The main screen was a projector onto a screen so had awful quality, so you have to crane your neck at the other screens available. The Dalston park is definitely not the ones advertised as you’d struggle for an atmosphere in there. The organisers tried some ‘organised fun’ including a pre-match quiz for one fan with the entertainment for everyone else being watching the quiz. very disappointed given the hype around the experience and will not be returning on Sunday even though I have a ticket

Too loud, the vegetarian food option was disgusting, there was no vegan option, and these were not readily available. Too expensive for what it was, highly disappointed.

Review of World Cup Dalston England vs USA - Hosted By Alvin Martin
There was no power for first 10 minutes. I also sent this to Thom last night and expect a response outlining how he will be investigating the people making the chants and how a safe space will be provided for future events.
Aidan
Dear Thom,
Thank you for speaking this evening. I am aware it would have been a tricky night with the power outage so well done to you and your team for navigating - I work in the hospitality industry and know how hard unforeseen challenges can be.
Sadly, as discussed, I’m emailing to report homophobic chanting from the 80th minute of the match, when at least 5 people were loudly shouting ‘Chelsea Rent Boy’ for a few minutes. I felt uncomfortable to report this at the time because there were no security around. The chants were loud enough for the bar staff and people at the entrance of the top floor to hear so it’s disappointing nothing was done about this. I was located to the left of the outdoor roof terrace.
I was planning to bring two LGTBQ+ supporters to both the Wales and 2nd round games but I am currently not happy to do so given the lack of action this evening and homophobic behaviour of some of your patrons. I hope they can be identified on cctv and banned from your venues.
I look forward to being updated on how your investigations progress.
Yours,
Aidan

The Tv stopped working at the start of the game. The staff wouldnât let us into another area that was playing the game. Gave us no updates and we had to leave the venue and find somewhere else
