Me and my party had a great time, we are looking out for the next one!
All the groups that night were fantastic! Felt a really nice vibes! Although the bar could have done with a couple more staff, the people queuing were very patient and we formed a sort of queue so no one felt like they had been queue jumped by anyone , we all acted very civil which is hard to come by these days 👍🏽

I understand it’s New Years and it’s busy but we waited over and hour to get in when we were in there way barley any one in the so don’t understand why it took so long. Then I was at the bar for 45 min waiting for a drink again I know it’s busy but I was being completely ignored when I said to the girl behind the bar can she sever me next she started shouting saying I’m busy can you f**king wait. Unacceptable and unnecessary! I’ve managed bars and work behind bars on NYE I know It’s tough but the bar staff weren’t capable of meeting demands for the night.

Terrible Female manager on Friday night. Very rude and impertinent. Made us wait 40 minutes for food before we realised food wasn’t even getting cooked. Asked for refund and she told us not to come back...what a joke for service not even a apology. I recommend no one go there if you like service with a smile. Terrible a disgrace.

Can you replace the seating in the venue or at the very least clean the chairs. A lady actually fell because the chairs are in a state of disrepair!
