Review of Zombie Disco - Halloween Special

What a great night!! Brilliant venue, very arty and cool. #

The music was the bomb. Great DJ's. The makeup artist before the gig made the whole thing really, with so many in good costume and the artist just set it off...

Cheers guys, coming back if you put another on...! :)


Disco-tastic! Great place, very well organised!! 

I attended the Zombie disco on the 2nd November. Everything was fricking AWESOME. Staff were really friendly and the event was well organised. Doodle bar is great! 

BUT - music was dreadful. And ALL NIGHT. This was in no way as described on the flyer or the website. Really meant a what could of been a GREAT night was just an OK one. Many people in the crowd thought similar. 

PICK SOME BETTER DJS SKIDDLE!!!!


Great Night - Poor, poor music

Very unique event - thoroughly enjoyed myself and highly recommend! Such fun for both guys and girls! Excellent host, excellent time - thanks Jade.

Jaded Makeup

I went to this event last night and would definitely go again. The venue was perfect, and Jade (the girl running the class) obviously knew her stuff! She talked us all through how to create a reptilian look whilst applying the techniques to those that you'd use when putting on regular makeup. It was an inspired way of learning everyday techniques while doing something fun/different! Everyone there was really friendly and the guy running the event was really helpful and got us drinks when we needed, straws (so as not to ruin our face painting efforts) and even ordered pizzas when some of us got peckish. When we'd all finished our face painting attempts we had some group pictures, one of which Gareth Gates featured in as he was drinking in the same bar and we managed to persuade him to join us for a photo! Overall I had a really fun evening, and will definitely be coming to the next session! 

A nice change from the norm!

The Doodle Bar in Battersea is anything but just a bar. It&#8217;s a creative hub hidden down a side street. Aside from the neon sign saying &#8216;BAR&#8217; above what looks like a factory entrance there&#8217;s nothing to tell TSL readers they&#8217;re about to find a great secret.
