Review of Drumsheds

Queued for 2 hours to get into the venue, only toilets were at the start of this queue. We left an hour before the end because the music was bad and there was still a 45 minute queue to leave.. Spent more time queuing than in the event. They clearly need more staff and better organisation to deal with the amount of people they have sold tickets to.

This is a very worrying company. Actively deleting hundreds of 1 star reviews on Google related to customer safety. It seems they really are just cash and grab/ scammers.
2 hour queue to get in, hours of queueing for toilets, drinks, to change rooms and leave. Music quality was bad. Security were awful. Screaming in people's faces and manhandling women. Above all it was UNSAFE and the crowd control was wild. They seemingly won't do anything about it or even acknowledge it until they have an astroworld type incident on their hands. Truly truly awful.

The venue was huge, with a nice atmosphere and good signalling of the different areas. I appreciated the fact that there were two free water points, as well as many bar areas. Nonetheless, in my opinion the security checks were too strict, which caused very long queues, specially to enter the venue. Also, the toilets were situated quite far from the stages, and the way designed to access them caused long queues to get there, which at times felt claustrophobic. I would have appreciated having other toilet areas or at least having the option to access them from various corridors, to avoid the crowds.

At arrival (9pm) we waited in queue for 1 hour and 45 minutes . Other than teh huge delay everything was perfect!!

The queue time was a little too long. I appreciate the availability of lockers. Also the free water was nice (maybe too crowded at times). Music was nice (especially Pendulum). The venue could have had more decoration (plants, seats, small light sources) to add to the empty and cold halls.

After my tick*t was checked, I was in an unsafe, tightly packed queue for 2 hours before I got to security. At security I had to queue for another 15mins while bags were checked, then a metal detector (that was not done for everyone) then a dog check. When I got in everything was overpriced, especially the bars. When I needed the toilet it was a 10 minute walk from the main room then a 10 minute queue for a tightly packed toilet. Gave up trying to get food after seeing 30 plus person queues for each stall that were hardly moving after 10 mins. Bars closed before the final act which made no sense. There was a lot of security and stewards but not for one minute I felt safe. To top it all off, I smelt drugs a few times, so all the security checks were mute.

2 and a half hours queuing to get in, half hour+ queue for a drink and an hour round trip to the toilet including being shut out of the main room, all in all missing most of the acts I'd paid and travelled to see

Don't get me wrong show, music was awesome. But I'm one of those who was robbed. After 10-15min after Pendulum start some mother*ucker stole my new 1 month old phone. It happened fast as hell. In top of a 30sec for sure and i wasn't drunk rhat much! At that moment I heard around me like 5 more and saw after more than 20people. I my self spoke with 6 of them.
Totally ruin my first experience of Pendulum live and my trip to London (i was there just for this) 14th I left back to Czech Republic.
After i heard from some worker it happening all the time. Seriously ?!
Useless security!!!

This event was the worst run event I have ever been to. Thank god no one got hurt in line because there was nowhere to go if they did. I arrived at 9:30pm and got in at 11:30pm. I watched people urinate through the fence because there were no washrooms. My friends and I flew from Canada to miss half the artists we wanted to see. The whole venue is designed to have people wait in lines for hours. It's so poorly laid out. I wish I had more energy to rip into how thoughtless this whole venue was but I rather just forget it ever happened. We will never be coming back.

The venue was very badly managed, closing doors and funneling thousands of people through one door. 2 hrs to get in after scanning tick*ts and 20mins before pendulum the central foyer was absolutely crammed with people going in all directions! The poorest ran eventually I have ever attended

Took way to long to get into the venue and i think most people who went would agree, doesn't help that a guy took my phone and while trying to get out of the venue to chase him security tried blocking me from leaving. They were not very helpful. Luckily got my phone back from the theif in the tesco car park nearby and repoted him to the police. When getting back in, the security on the outside of the venue were very helpful and once I told them what happened they let me and my brother back in. Sadly due to the theif taking my sim card and having no access to call, message or use mobile data we decided to leave the event just incase we got separated, also because of the experiencewe just had. Never have I been to an event where I have been blocked by security (security in the venue), especially when I'm trying to get my phone back from a theif and explaining it to the security as well. I was really excited for the night and to see Nero and pendulum who I didn't get to see. This experience has put me off coming back to this venue, will not be going back. Nothing wrong with the music or artists that we're playing, for the artists I did see they were very good, just not a great venue.

Absolute money grab, drinks were so overpriced and £8 just to leave your coat in a locker. I'm absolutely disgusted with the organization of the event on 13/12. Me and the group of people who I attended the event with missed half of the sets and we had the early tickets which meant we were pretty close to the start of the queue and we still queued for two hours in the rain, absolutely freezing which hurt our backs and took the fun out of it especially after traveling from Cardiff .
It's super frustrating after no heads up of the extra security in place as we had no idea what was to come and if we had we would have arrived at the event even earlier. Livid is definitely not the word and I will never be attending any future events at Drumsheds. Safe to say you've given yourselves a bad reputation!

Absolutely disgraceful management of this event. Queues were over 2 hours long in the rain and felt extremely dangerous and there was no way to get to a toilet or buy a drink on the way in. I will never return to this venue and I will be requesting a refund as I missed the acts I came to see due to the constant queueing

Disgraceful money-grab. 90 minute queue in the rain, with no escape from the crush. Treated like criminals in detention. Staff inexperienced at managing the thousands of attendees. Dead spots across all the dance floors. 1 trip to the toilet, you miss half a set and then won’t be let in for the rest. Kicked out at the end with zero regard for safe journeys home or support for those in need.

Shut it down.
