Music was great, for the very few sets I could enjoy out of the full line-up, logistics and organisation was incredibly awfull. More than 2 hours and 30 minutes of queues and security checks just to get in. No informations at all, ahead of coming to the venue and during the queues. Peoples were out of their nerves, creating complicated behaviours in a packed crowd, plus the lack of signs and informations made the human flow completely random. And the queues don't stop once inside! At least 30mins before getting served for every visit to the bar, and we tried several different bars around the venue. Only 1/3 staff member is serving while the other 2/3 just walk around, clueless or discuss with each other, not caring about anyone at all. I do not recommend at all going to this venue if it's at full capacity sold out, the place is not made for it, or the staff and organisation are not ready.

We qued up quater to 9 to get in at 11 then had problems in the venue with nearly being crushed in the crowd definitely over sold the event

Queued for an excessive time, nearly 2 hours, audio was cutting out when we got in, mixed half the acts, venue is shocking, drumsheds is awful, created dangerous conditions, very oversold and understaffed, people needing the toilet due to queueing for hours, excessive searching which did nothing to stop actual drug dealers still getting in, terrible experience, agressive staff members, apathetic staff, just overall lack of care and concern. Boycotting drumsheds as a venue absolute waste of time and money, never coming back.

Great sets but the handling of the event from the staff was atrocious. Hour and a half queue outside squished up against hundreds of other people and closing doors early inside to funnel people in 1 direction when Pendulum started. Horribly cramped and uncomfortable and the venue only got more confusing to navigate as time went on. Can't recommend it

An absolute shambles, we arrived well before our allotted time slot and were stood outside in the cold for 2 hours being herded like cattle, security staff clearly had no clue what they were doing and were entirely unprepared, we ended up missing the primary artists we were there to see

While moving around the venue, staff were interfering with people walking around, trying to "herd" people into corridors they had mark*t out, although these walkways all crossed over one another so it ended up causing huge foot traffic jams while thousands of people were crossing over each other

Got to the front of the queue at the bar and waited 20 minutes to get served, clueless bar staff, 4 people stood watching 1 person pour a drink.

The entire event was a complete disgrace from start to finish and we should be refunded our tick*ts in full and compensated for the ruined trip

1.5 hour wait, missed andromedik and Koven, pendulum was the only good act

Queued for over 1h and 20 minutes (heard some people were in queue for over 2 hours), missed most of Grafix + Andromedik. Not enough security at the entrance, clearly not experienced enough to properly search people (slow, inefficient and clearly not thurough enough as we've been offered dr*gs multiple times throught the night).

Modestep and Koven were done dirty with the mixing, the vocals were way to low for both acts, and the bass was nonexistent during Modestep. Nero and Pendulum were ace and most of the DJs we saw in the second room killed it.

Crowd control and management were nonexistent, massive queues to get out and to use the toilets. When Pendulum started playing in the main room, the crowd got so dense there was a serious risk of crowd crush, with no sensible response from the staff (even pushing people back). The staff was clueless, unhelpful and rude at times.

The venue is definitely not equipped to handle 15000 people, at least not with this staff/security. If it wasn't for some of the Acts and DJs bringing their A game, this would have been a wasted night. Probably the worst rave I have been to, and I've been to hundreds of raves/concerts/festivals of varying sizes. Definitely will not be coming back to the venue, and it's a shame, cause the concept of a rave in a IKEA is cool.

The actual event was amazing. Just the lines to get in were absolutely disgusting. 2 hours waiting in a queue is unacceptable.

Next step is to be more prepared with the entrance problem, more than 1h30 of waiting !

The UKF event on 13/12 was the worst managed event I've ever been to. Took us nearly two hours to get in. Out of the 3 hours we were actually in there we saw an hours worth of sets. Security didn't have a clue, blocked off unnecessary areas (at one point just stopped people going into the sets?) creating pileups of people. It wasn't even packed out in the rooms or at the bars, just crowds of people herded into walkways. The sound system was also shocking so if you wanna spend 60 quid to feel like cattle being herded for slaughter then this is the place to go ?'?🏼

Horrendous and dangerous organisation from security/management. Queues for 2 hours to get in meant we missed a lot of DJs we paid to see. Luckily there was a good crowd but it easily could've ended badly had it been a different demographic.

Seriously disappointed in the evening, the venue is really cool and the acts were awesome, just a shame it was let down by the organisers. Won't come again and recommend everyone to not come until this is reviewed and fixed, hate to think if there was an emergency that required evacuation.

Safety at the venue was the worst I have ever seen. Spent more time queuing than seeing any acts, missed the first 3 hours of the rave in the queue despite being there by 7pm. Took over an hour to leave, drumsheds will never be seeing my money again. Avoid at all costs
