I booked this for two me and an old friend. Two former serving Royal Navy Veterans. I was REALLY looking forward to this and had booked accommodation especially!
We saw that the event was going on for several hours so we were not to bothered about being on time.
Now, nowhere repeat nowhere was it written that this was cruise so when we arrived only to be told that the boat had departed ten minuets before, imagine my anger and misery!
I was only in London to meet my old oppo and see the band. We were gutted!!!
Any chance of a refund?
We decided to go onto HMS Belfast and even they wouldn't give a discount for former servcemen!!!
