The event was brilliant, I hope there are many more. The layout of the venue was good, my complaint was about the exploitative nature of the venue management. Prices are a rip-off and whilst I have no specific complaints about staff attitudes, they were not friendly or engaging. We need our own gay-run venues.

An evening of fancy dress and underwhelming events.

“Strict dress code”, not enforced or questioned in the venue.

“Must bring physical ID”, no one there to ask or question it. So I carried my passport around for no reason whatsoever.

People on the ‘guest list’ were told they had to que anyway, which is very poor practice but then there was no sign of the host anywhere of significance all evening. A majority of men there were also quite surprised and unhappy about a group of women who were wandering around, not in uniform, for a couple of hours too.

All in all a fairly underwhelming experience that I won’t be repeating.

Good event, wonderful guest DJ's picked up management stumbles- reducing advertised venue size by double booking events! An entire floor was unavailable to Slimelight patrons, that was advertised to be open! Total failure on owner's part. Loyal fans of Slimelight were disappointed.

Music painfully loud in all the rooms and it was just so busy that it was extremely uncomfortable. Not the club it used to be. They need to open up the whole club for slimelight like they used to. Left after 10mins of being there
