Entry Ticket for the event was very reasonably priced 5* but not so the concession stands. The food retailer's prices where high, £10 for Pad Thai, £5 for Rice..at those prices you are not enticing people to sample Thai cuisine but the complete opposite

Try to organise some shaded areas as very hot without it
