Badly organised from the start, change in venue with no option to for refund.

The venue required ID from everyone, this was no problem for most of us but a few of our party didn’t have it and were refused entry, this should have been mentioned in the the t&cs or the email, the venue also confiscated my diabetic medications and my friends asthma pump, because I needed the meds I had to leave after 3 hours, again if there had been mention of this in the email I could have had the choice to not come or try and sort something out.

The c**ktail was awful just loads of fruit juice and a tiny bit of rum ( not great for a diabetic with no medications) , they run out before the hour was up. I was happy to buy alternative drinks for the bar but some found it way too pricey at £7 for a can of lager. I didn’t have any if the food so can not comment.

Music was good and I enjoyed a good dance.

I booked this event as the venue in Greenwich was fully open air and by the water. It looked amazing. We were advised a week before the venue would change to Egg nightclub near kings cross and would be a comparable venue. This was NOT the case. It was pretty much the smoking terrace for the club. Our bottomless c**ktails were not ready on an arrival and we were served watered down rum juice out of jugs from rude and stressed out bar people. It felt like a bloody student night.. We stayed for 2 hours then left. A total waste of time and money. I did ask for a refund when the venue changed was announced and this was ignored.

The UKG Brunch open air at Egg London was awful. The bouncers at the venue were rude, aggressive and tense. The security checks were over the top and the metal detectors made the place look like a prison. I was not even allowed to carry my hand sanitizer due to the suspicion of drug taking at this venue. The music at this venue was poor and hardly any real garage hits were played. Attendees stopped dancing. We left early and were glad. Very disappointing!

we we're promised uplifting house music and good vibes with an after-party. However the music was not house music and the venue stopped serving drinks at 9:30 because they were closing.it was probably one of the worst events we have ever been to and it ruined our whole weekend as we had been looking forward to this event for months. I have been to many promised land events before and the whole thing was a complete s**tshow I don't even think that the DJ even knew what house music is rubbish rubbish rubbish

Disastrous, disappointing, crap dj didnt play a full tune even once all night thankfully as music was crap with hardly any "uplifting house" at all. Event was advertised as all day and after party till 5am included in price of ticket, unfortunately when i tried tp order drinks at 9.30pm i was informed the bar was closed. I then checked with security staff as to closing time, to which the replied answer was in 10 to 15 mins max. Shocked and stunned when true to say we were,he ligbts came on and we were shown where to exit and told it wasnt staying open any later, event over, time to leave and it wasn't even 10pm. False advertising to say the least. Egg and promised land let us down and need to hire actual reputable djs for such a large renowned established London club and stay open for the hours advertised. Definitely the worst clubbing experience ever and a wasted journey from Buckinghamshire to london. Total shambles Faulty Towers at a London club is how best tll describe the night and deserves refunds to be given to all tickets purchased

Great atmosphere and there is a lot of choice for music on the 3 floors.

Security is a nightmare though, which I suppose is a given for any london nightclub.

Overall, great place but the security is definitely daunting!
