I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my friend and I had while attempting to enter your club. Unfortunately, we were denied entry by the security staff without any clear explanation or justifiable reason.

Throughout the interaction, the staff's behavior was rude and dismissive, which made me feel discriminated against. I strongly believe that my appearance and overall look were unfairly judged, leading to this denial of entry. This treatment was particularly frustrating as I had purchased tickets for the event over a month and a half in advance, fully expecting to enjoy the experience your club offers.

This incident seems to contradict the values and principles your establishment upholds, as I understand them to promote inclusivity and fairness. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your security personnel to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Perhaps a bit too packed. Not always nice amount of room on dance floor, and the toilet lines are a serious issue

I was turned away at the door. They told me it was stated "not guaranteed entry" on the ticket which is untrue. I was completely sober, quiet and courteous, knew the lineup and I am a techno lover from my local scene - albeit not from London. Felt extremely harsh. I'm waiting to hear from Fold whether they will even give my money back.

We were denied entry on the door and given no reason why, we were told to claim a refund through the ticket provider although reading your policy on refunds it says that you don't take responsibility for refused entry and we haven't been offered any refund from the venue
