The security staff is agressive and rude, particularly the agents who organized the queue for the cloakroom in a chaotic way! Some of the agents pushed agressively and hit the customers. This is unacceptable.

Great night out with friends. Excited to discover a new venue and it was not over crowded even it was advertised as sold out. Few separate friends commented to me after that the music was too loud, I agree. Friends that arrived after 11pm complained the cloakroom queues was too slow. Drinks on the expensive side...

The venue is great and the music was perfect, but the organisation as terrible, we bought the VIP tickets which just give us the direct access or queue jumping, the rest was promised on the VIP tickets never happened very disappointed with the organisers 😤
