Wildly overcrowded and the security staff was antagonizing as well as disrespectful, refusing to answer exceedingly simple questions such as 'Is this the queue even for those with 'skip the queue' tickets' in spite of the fact that we approached them with manners and dignity. It feels like a real scam when staff is so abysmally rude upon entry. I am by no means asking for special treatment, merely the bare minimum of manners.
