About

A fantastic Friday night of Gypsy jazz, tango, Celtic, Eastern-European and poetic folk at Jamboree with Lost Revellers and Sophie Wright!

Headliners Lost Revellers draw on their love of Gypsy jazz, tango, celtic and Eastern-European folk, mixing traditional instruments with polyphonic electric string and synth sounds. A four piece folk band performing original material composed by violinist Richard Moore and accordionist Caitlin Roberts, as well as unique arrangements of world folk and jazz pieces, their jazz and blues-infused violin solos intertwine with soaring accordion melodies, infectious bass riffs and fiery percussive drums to make a wild and unique fusion.

Support on the night comes from the ace Sophie Wright. Sophie's folk style is influenced by the likes of Laura Marling, and she leans on poetic lyricism for her intuitive songs. Her debut EP ‘Prose and Poetry’ was released through Spiritual Records last year.

Jamboree food option: Our ‘Arepatoire’ kitchen is open from 6pm serving a delicious mix of Italian/Colombian food for you to enjoy a pre-gig meal/snack if you wish!
