From Magdalena Medio, Colombia, Pio Molina grew up immersed in the traditional music of the Colombian Caribbean. With a natural flair for rhythm, singing and dance, he shares with the world his extensive knowledge of Cumbia, Gaita, Bullerengue, and all the other vibrant Colombian rhythms, with his unique voice. Pio is also one of the singers from the Bogota-London Afro beats project La Boa. He debuts in London with the Viento Suelto's collaborative efforts.

Viento Suelto is a band that originated from a London-based community-orientated workshop project known as "London Gaita Club", founded by Paul Rios with the aim of preserving, promoting, and sharing the ancestral music from the Caribbean coast of Colombia, called "Gaita". The music features a pair of melodic flutes which imitate the sounds of nature, the hypnotic Afro percussion taking us back to the roots of Colombian rhythms. Viento Suelto performance will fire your feet up, making for a perfect night of dancing! For this special occasion, the band will feature Pio Molina!
