Review of noisenight186: Sheku + Isata (early set)

Amazing venue, great performance and atmosphere. Loved it very much.

The event was great, I was happy to see they had chairs as I have a hidden disability, but Koko needs to change the carpet because it smells, the drains need checking because throughout the night we kept getting moments of sewer smell, to a point me and my friend had to go outside on the balcony, and the toilets need updating. The style of the building is nice but needs work. The event was beautiful the music was great.

First time at a noise night. We have booked for another in Sheffield in January.

Incredible performers, their talent is amazing to watch! So so glad I booked this, will absolutely be following these guys from now on, and will definitely come back to the venue, it was great!

beautiful music, excellent musicians - i want to get their recordings. but a few issues: 1. while standing for classical is a cool idea, it presents big issues for people with access issues. I coudn't bring my intended date bc of that. there is no posting at to what to do in that case. Skiddle were not helpful. 2. the gig was so short. only 1 hour. for £40+/tick*t, that is expensive.

A fabulous concert in a venue that was the perfect size for the performance.  ( don't understand why the support band was new wave jazz which had no reference to the main concert - ie they didn't set up the audience for what was to come)
