Review of BBQ Sundays - Afrobeat Meet Bashment

We were advised to turn up at 4:45pm to avoid a rush, me and my dad turned up shortly after the suggested time and were among the first 15 people there. We were told to wait for a further half an hour before we were allowed onto the premises and upon entry were told to surrender our ID’s for a scan of which they refused to tell us what it was for. 
After paying £22 each for a ticket this wasn’t the best start. We sat down in the garden area where there was one TV under the gazebo which wasn't ideal. 
After ordering 4 bottles of Stella the waitress came back and asked if we’d like the remaining two, which was a bit of a shock to think they only had 6 bottles of Stella shortly after opening with the thought of accommodating for football fans. They had other choices however they too very quickly ran out. 
After a word with numerous members of staff we finally convinced the manager to get more beer in which he did. 
At one point when ordering a round of drinks that should’ve charged £50 the bar staff attempted to charge £100. For 10 bottles of beer £50 is extortionate anyway, but to then think we were too stupid to realise he was trying to charge us £100 was just insulting. 
There was also a 10 second delay in sound to picture on the tv and in the entire venue the only tv that worked up to speed with the sound was a small 32 inch behind the bar. 
In simple terms they were very ill prepared and way out of their depth to accommodate such on occasion. 
I also heard off other customers that they were charged a £45 last minute entrance fee, which is absolutely disgusting considering how poorly the night was run, set up and we were conned to believe it was a great venue to watch the Euro final. 
The only reason I’m rating the atmosphere as a 3 out of 5 is only because me and my friends amongst others made the atmosphere by singing and chanting and watching England. The establishment offered no atmosphere whatsoever.
