Review of Jus\' Caribbean Festival

It was great to have an event in South London  the music was on point.  I had a wonderful meal but it would be great as Caribbeans if we could promote more than just jerk and curry we have so much more in our repertoir.  I do not know how the stalls were involved but more variety. 

Enjoyed the event, great community gathering and cultural event. first time! to repeat next year.
Could do with more cultural stands within the event itself.
Very clean family event and peaceful moment spent with the family. I recommend this event to others...

We were one of the early arrivals (11.30am) to the venue expecting to hear great Caribbean music, but elas... I HAD TO REQUEST the steel pan musician  at the entrance to play!!!  which he did enthusiactically.  Overall, the stalls were great and stall holders wonderful and friendly.  Lots of security and secure toilet facilites in the College building.  I wonder though, if the local park opposite would not have been a better venue?  Was it too pricey?   We had a great time (3 hours) regardless .  Thank you.

Great day out full of some familiar and established products but also lots of new and  interesting merchandise.

getting samples to try before you buy.

The actual event was pretty average to be honest. I was hoping for a lot more in terms of stalls but I guess that's never guaranteed. The children's entertainment was very expensive - £2 for 10 minutes on the bouncy castle! 

I had initially been having problems with booking a family ticket on the website so I had called and left a message requesting help. I'm still waiting for someone to respond. I also happen to have a disability and was quite disappointed that there were no provisions for disabled parking. To be honest I was handled in a rough manner with people actually insisting on seeing the photo in my bluebadge. First time in 9 years but hey, a so it goes !

And let's not even talk about the portable toilets which after having them described I felt it best to wait till I got home.

Not sure I'll be back next year

It was a great event. The entertainment was fantastic, the food was lovely and there was a good range of stalls.

I had a great day. I enjoyed all of it, food music and entertainment.
