the prices just kill it - its a seven hour event and your being charged 8 quid a pint - it really killed it and lots of people left mid eve to find a pub....all 02 venue taking the p price wise

Way to many people was very over crowded. Badly organized had to queue 50 min to leave my jacket in the wardrobe and 45 min after the event to get my jacket.

I had a great overall experience as staff were so kind & helpful. The Venue is amazing & the Event itself was epic but I found that because the crowd was so overwhelming & the Venue was packed to the brim it was hard to even get water. That made me panic a little bit. It was extremely hot too, maybe consider aircon when temperatures reach a high? I also came in heels because I thought I would be turned away in trainers maybe make the dress code more Clear in general. Thank you :)

The DJ on the night was rubbish how was I hearing slow jams at 11:30 on NYE... there was no build up I expect to be dancing into the new year but instead I was rocking.... felt like I was listening to heart fm ....... the toilets was disgusting and no-one keeping an eye on it... the venue was ok bar staff was fast but I was bored most of the night
