My ticket failed to arrive to my inbox. I went to the box office and no help or assistance was available. Onyx were cancelled and Hijack didn't perform either.
I would like a refund as neither of the artist I wanted to see perform were there. I also had to go home without entry to the night I had paid for
Please return my fee!
