It was nothing like the even described ! The venue was outside and awful it was did we could see the fireworks on the big screen there was no screen no real countdown and the music was terrible I would never recommend this at all was so disappointed

Would b helpful if when advertised it is made clear it’s an outdoor event! From info before it’s not clear and we were frozen and left as soon as it was midnight! But music good drinks expensive

Very disappointing to arrive and for the main stage to be outside in flat iron square in the freezing cold in the middle of December. Dressed to be indoors in a club, not to be outside in 5 degrees!

Highly misleading and no where in the tickets/advertising was this mentioned.
Cloak room outside. Lots of repetition of songs over a few hour set which I could not understand.

It was too cold, the music was rubbish, the coatroom was outside, and it was just rubbish. I didn't have a good new years at all.

There was an hour wait to get into the venue. My friend was told this was because the event was unexpectedly being used by two separate events. This was incredibly badly organised as was a party I went to a couple of weeks ago in Peckham where we queued again for over an hour despite having already bought our tickets, I was searched by an aggressive bouncer who tried to intimidate me and then when we got in it was so crowded you couldn’t dance - more like being on the underground than a party! In the end I left the event yesterday as I didn’t want to queue for over an hour like last time only to be shoved and pushed around by other people trying to get to the bar. I definitely will not go to any events organised by your company again and I will be telling friends to avoid as it’s a waste of time and money.

The drinks are abit expensive and the portion is quite small for.what you get. Also its not very convenient that u dont take cash anymore luckily I had my card on me that night but my friend only had cash . The smaller room had a much better vibe and much better music . The other room has lost its touch unfortunately:( there was definitely something missing
