Review of Sunday West Soundsystem - "Winter Wunderground" festive bash!
What a complete shambles. The chaps at the door decided to scan everyone's ID for no reason despite everyone being well into their 50s and older. The scanner system broke down resulting in long queues. The venue had random furniture piled up in corners - looked like they had not prepped. The bar ran out of drinks, very rude staff and charged different prices. The crowd despite being older were aggressive. The dance floor was wet - no clean up. And worst of all, the music was not very good. I was looking forward to Bushwacka and the crew and a nice night out but alas a complete mess. The organiser just took the money, delivered a shambolic event which may have resulted in the already dodgy crowd being angry. Avoid at all costs.
