Squat, lunge, crunch repeat for a serious workout that does what it says on the tin. Expect to feel the BURN and to tone up both your ass & abs! Mentally, you’ll appreciate mood-boosting chemicals like serotonin and dopamine flooding your brain and giving you a natural high. Physically, you’ll find more muscular endurance – the ability to repeat an exercise or movement over and over without getting tired! Each ticket will include a virgin Piña Oatlada post-session.
