Mat Pilates will work on improving posture, balance and core strength, with a focus on breath, form and technique. You will work the entire body with a focus on core stability and alignment, with exercises flowing seamlessly from one to the next. Each ticket will include a virgin Piña Oatlada post-session. That’s just the way we are.
