The Mad Millie Vegan Cheese Workshop will allow customers to have a hands on experience and see for themselves just how easy vegan cheese is to make at home. An introduction to Mad Millie, who we are and why we’re so passionate about our Vegan Cheese Kit will kick the night off – while tasting some delicious vegan cream cheese of course! Then it’s into the action, with guidance from a demonstrator, groups will learn more about Vegan Halloumi, Soft Mozzarella and Mascarpone. These freshly made cheeses will be incorporated into Vegan Margherita Pizza’s, Roast Vegetable and Vegan Halloumi Salad followed by Vegan Deconstructed Tiramisu; no one will be going home hungry! The lovely Mad Millie team will be there to answer any questions, give more information on the kits and provide some inspiration for customers when they take their own Mad Millie Vegan Cheese Kit home at the end of the night.
