Speed Dating at this new Venue at Revolution Bar. You’ll meet around 20 people during this event, each one for just six minutes.
This event starts at 19.30pm and ends at around 21.30 pm. After the Speed Dating ends everyone is welcome to stay and mingle freely with others. We hiring the whole of venue for this Speed Dating event with a private bar.
This event is for the age group 25-45 years (age guide) but you are welcome to attend if you are a few years either side of the age.
When you arrive at the speed dating event, you will be checked in and given a personalised badge, a pen and a score card. On this score card, is where you will write down the name of everyone you meet to keep your thoughts organised. Your matches shall be provided the following day.
It is very important that you arrive at 19.00pm the speed dating will start at 19.30pm as speed dating requires all participating members to be available for it to work successfully. The event starts at 19.30pm prompt and any guests arriving late may not be able to take part so please ensure you arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration.
Speed Dating is a fun way to meet lots of people in a short space of time. Each date will last around 6 minutes once the 6 minutes is over we will ring a bell to indicate the time is up and men will move to the next table and the ladies shall remain seated. Six minutes is long enough to see if you click with the person you are talking to and whether you would like to see them again and also short enough if you don't. Half way through the event you will have a 15 minute break so you can top up your drink.
