Great atmosphere and staff and security were really helpful especially security on the entrance who looked after my 8 year old who has Autism, thank you very much.

Could not fault the staff, they assisted each time I asked for help eg a knife to cut my son's cake, an extra tray. The man at the door scanning us in on the day was polite and understanding with so many children I had coming in at once.

Only thing is I feel it does get too crowded I feel if you had more sessions in the day with just a slight less capacity is skaters would love it and feel more seen by staff on the floor to be able to enjoy more.
