Monday Motivation
7am Monday mornings join us for a fun workout to start your week off to a motivational start. All fitness levels are welcome for this class. It is a 45minute workout including weight training and cardio exercises. It is proven that a morning workout has a ripple effect on the choices we make throughout or day, we are more motivated and make healthier choices for ourselves to respect the effort we made that morning. What better way to keep yourself accountable to your goals!
I hope to bring a community of people together in this class, all prioritising themselves, putting the effort in for an early workout, together every Monday morning!
