Salam ladies and gents!
We are launching our brand new Muslim singles dating and marriage event for all of you looking to find that someone special or at least get out in the real world and be open to that possibility.
Being Muslim does not mean being no fun.
Our events will ensure our singles all have a chance to interact and meet in a friendly and also halal manner and at the same time feel relaxed and comfortable in a non judgemental environment.
During the evening we will include icebreaker games, group mixers, an option to have one-to-one meetings with fellow attendees if you choose to and a raffle prize for our Champions quiz! There will be super friendly female and male hosts on the evening who will be available and at hand for any questions and for support, we understand this can be daunting or an alien experience!

Up to 100 people expected, 50/50 male to female ratio.
Drinks and light snacks included.
Strictly no children permitted, over 18's only.
Dresscode - Casual/Smart.

Please arrive on time. We will begin promptly and have the venue booked strictly for three hours. Kindly plan your journey in advance, late arrival will cause you to be turned away. Austin Forum Hall is located on the lower ground floor of the building and is accessed by stairs, lifts are not in use.
No photos permitted to be taken inside the event. We respect your privacy and should we see anyone taking photos or any inappropriate behaviour we will need to ask you to leave. Tickets are non refundable.

FAQ's
Q. What age group is attending? Do you have an average age for men and women who are participating?
A. Our event is open to all age groups. We felt like we did not want to separate age brackets at this stage as we want to remain inclusive. We have advertised through mixed channels and we are expecting a varied age range of both men and women.
Our main focus is to create a fun and friendly evening of games, entertainment and networking for people to meet with view to dating/marriage or at least be open to that possibility and leave feeling a bit more optimistic about the whole experience of the search itself!
As it stands we don't see us doing age specific events but we may look to do so in the future should there be a larger demand.
Q. How do we access the venue?
A. The venue is situated behind the larger Church looking building and it is to the left of the car park in a modern building, named Austin Forum. The event will take place on the lower floor and you will need to be buzzed in, we will have someone on the day at the door.
Q. Is there parking nearby?
A. There is free parking on a Saturday. The local roads for parking are Yeldham Road and Biscay Road, the company who leases parking spaces inside the Austin Forum carpark is JustPark (green spaces may be available for hire). Else Hammersmith tube station is just a three minute walk away.
Q. Is this event open to divorced/widowed persons?
A. Yes. As long as you are currently single we welcome you all to attend!
Q. Are convert Muslims okay to attend?
A. Yes. Those who are born into Islam and those who have converted, Sufi, Shia, Sunni or non practicing and wherever on the spectrum of practising or not - we welcome you all. We feel there is enough division in the world already and our focus is to create love, unity and a fun environment for everyone.
Q. How do we exchange details with others on the night?
A. Should you choose to share contact information with each other we will encourage you to do so directly as we will not be holding your personal details on file. If you prefer to have us act as an in between way to request further steps from someone we are also happy to facilitate this, we have both male and female hosts on the day. Please respect fellow attendees rights to decline.
Q. Why is this open to both dating and marriage intentions?
A. We respect that some attendees may want to marry sooner than others and are intentionally meeting for that purpose. We also respect that there are those who wish to get to know their partner for longer before taking the step, or may choose not to. We would assume this is something you would discuss in person with each other as to what you are looking for. It is important to us that whatever your values and positions are on this that you choose to do so at your own freedom. We do not impose religious standpoints on this and ask for the same liberty vice versa.
