Tabernacle venue information

The Tabernacle W11 is about five to ten minutes from Portobello Road. A former church, it was taken over by the West Indian roots movement in the 1960’s. It is now the epicentre of all things Caribbean in West London, with a restaurant serving the finest West Indian food.
It is partially owned by the Notting Hill Carnival and it acts as the centre for the Carnival administration as well as running shows and music gigs.
