The view was great, staff too. However, the boat itself wasn't great, ladies' toilet was blocked and did not operate properly, choice of drinks was very limited (although they were cheap).
Personally, I do not see why would the price be that high.

I think that this whole event was ran so badly! As this is the biggest night of the year this is the one everyone looks forward to just like I did. I think it was a huge joke as we paid so much money getting into London and on top of how much the boat party tick*ts were to then be told that we wouldn't be allowed on due to the fact that they had sold too many tick*ts and the capacity was full. Plus it wasn't just me it was about another 20 other people who weren't able to get on either! So I strongly advise people to really think about doing this again for next year as buying a tick*t at the end of the day isn't a garuntee that you'll be getting on and attending.

The venue is too long, lasting 6h! The music wasn't electronic really. The ship wasn't decorated at all, bad sound system as well. Moreover, the worst part was the fact that we didint even see the fireworks properly because the boat was too far from the London Eye. Only cheap alcohol kept us not jumping out from the boat. Never again, very disappointing!

Review of Soul Family Boat 1
What an amazing event - one for the memories that will be triggered by that favourite song. Luving Peeps, dedicated DJs and an atmosphere that nothing can buy. The SoulFamo rocked the Boat and if we have Shapards - there MUST be Golden Fleece.

fabulous event. great djs.great music. great people. price very good. atmosphere terrific. the ONLY downside was that there was a problem with the water so toilets not flushing. no water for handwashing. toilet flooded. also affected the drinks service as the pumps for mixer drinks stopped working
