There was a very relaxed vibe, ambient lighting, comfortable seating which had a very calming effect. Everyone treated each other with courtesy. It was mainly well organised until break time but somehow after the break the assembly line order was disrupted as there weren't clear instructions on what we were supposed to do. As a result, my friend missed out on meeting one of the gents despite being the first to arrive!
Also there is no sign post to the venue outside the narrow entrance alley. Another friend arrived late as she couldn't find the venue and missed out on many dates!

Venue & timing both changed on the day, which was Saturday. Notification sent by email. I do not check emails on Saturdays. Finally got to the venue, literally 5 minutes before the end.
