Fri Aug 09 - Live In The Lounge steps the good times up a notch, as we drop a Friday Night Norly Funk Special starring the Nola-tastic BIG SMOKE FAMILY TRIOlive and righteously direct. BSFT channelling the spirit and energy of "The Big Easy" to deliver 2 groove laden LIVE Funk sets deep in our speakeasy lounge atThe CLF Art Lounge & Roof Garden. 🔥🔥🔥

Plus (don’t forget) upstairs, our stunning (weatherproof) Roof Garden, set up to "max your relax" and serve up some of the finest cocktails this side of the river. We’ve also got a truly delicious menu of authentic Dominican cuisine (prepared with love by BOCA CHICA) available for those who want to eat early or late. Whatever your mood, we got you covered.

But downstairs, it’s all about the FUNK!!!

THE BIG SMOKE FAMILY TRIO (LIVE) - Performing 2 live sets from around 9pm

The Big Smoke Family channel the funk of the Meters, the Gris-gris of Dr John, and the spirit of the Mardi Gras Indians to create 'Voodoo Funk'  Inspired by New Orleans and made in London, The Big Smoke Family have been filling dance floors across the UK and Europe since 2012.  Following in the footsteps of modern New Orleans funk bands such as Trombone Shorty, Galactic and Cha Wa, The Big Smoke Family fuse new and old traditions with memorable chants, driving horn lines and funky street-beats.
