I only attended the conference. The stalls could have been more relevant. The turn out was very low - the student tickets were not well publicised and the lack of live tweeting was disappointing. Overall I was disappointed.

Had a fantastic evening at the Roundhouse for the UKFA. A great opportunity to meet similar minded people and have an exciting festival fuelled evening with friends and family. Would highly recommend if you are part of or interested in the UK Festival Industry. Charlie - Notso Katsu

We really enjoyed the event. The only feedback we had for areas of improvement were the waiting staff seemed to not really be communicating - 3 people on our table received their starters and the remaining 7 had to wait a few minutes, as they served another table first. They were really good at ensuring everyone had a drink though, so that definitely worked for the crowd!

Disorganised : Event wasn't ready when we arrived at 9.30 and we were turned away. No itinerary or delegates lists were sent in advance, despite asking for them. There was no lanyard ready when we arrived and when we returned to get these we were given ones without our names on them, rendering them useless
Good points: the venue was great and lunch was also very good and the coffee guy really appreciated which just about made the very uncomfortable seats bearable. Unfortunately the main bug bear was there was hardly anyone in attendance at the conference itself

The conference could be improved or cancelled. The award ceremony is nice, but lacks of emotion.
