Hi, we bought tickets for tiger tiger. Upon arrival we got turned
away and was told to go to a bar/club called Zoo, which we didn’t sign up for so I would like a refund for our tickets, because we were told there was a private event and and was had to leave.

My friend couldn't make the venue. Id paid for a ticket I am well presented not drunk. or druggie however because I wasnt with someone they wouldnt let me in. It took a lot of courage for me to go and I had pre paid for the ticket. I asked for the money back and they refused it. Also they wanted people there before 11 but the venue was empty. I think they are a bunch of rude people.

Rude staff, bouncers just rude and don’t talk to you properly. One of my mates was shouted out and then kicked out with no reason given and not allowed back in.
