All very good - but more variety in food would have been good. No veggie options !
The only disappointing thing was the indoor smoking. This is NOT acceptable- when I asked the young lady at the bar near the front stage if smoking is allowed she said no but that she would not be able to do anything about it and that I had to let security know. As I am not employed I didn't think it's my job to police smoking! Please review your training for staff and remove ashtrays which send out the wrong messaging to patrons.

I would recommend people booking in groups of people as the seating upstairs was really squashed and hard to move around. Downstairs was much easier to move around.

Review of Rum & Reggae Halloween Festival
when we arrived everything seemed to be exciting after buying a drink and sitting down all the so called exciting places closed leaving us sitting in a non event no music no entertainment cold hallway. Hungry. jerk chicken non existent. all other outlets I.e burgers etc already closed.it seems everything was catered for the earlier event whatever that was but I gather I would have benefitted from being in leather with whips and chains. over priced over rated waste of time.

Review of Beats & Braai - National Heritage Day Special
I had booked and paid for a table of 8 people for this event. On arrival, there were no tables available even though I was allowed to book and pay!
I asked about whether we would get a refund as there were no tables available, and I was told that someone would get in touch with me. The event was on Saturday, and today is Monday, and nothing!!
Very poor organisation, and I'm still awaiting a response and refund!
