If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I took my family and girlfriend there a few months ago, and
we found ourselves laying on a fence that had wet paint with no warnings in sight. Consequently, both of our backpacks ended up ruined with paint, and we weren't the only ones affected. Another patron, visibly upset, also had the same issue and went in search of the manager.

The manager, Charlotte, provided me with her email address, but despite trying to reach out several times in many ways, I have been completely ignored by her and the company's head office. This lack of communication is deeply disappointing, especially considering the extent of the inconvenience caused.

It's ridiculous how little they care about their customers. Avoid this place at all costs!

The venue is luffly not cold at all the staff friendly and welcoming the food is luffly we had Chinese and pizza Brad Jameston was brilliant we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go again
