It was great but freezing cold so sadly we left as too cold even with drinks and food and a bit of dancing.....such a shame as the band and singers were fantastic

The event was set to start at 4pm and doors opened at 4:40pm. The flyer mentioned it was family friendly but it wasn’t really that well organised for children (for example they made everyone queue as if it was a club and checking for liquids and throwing water away from families). It was supposed to be a “Dia de Los Muertos”
but other than 2 music groups there wasn’t much about it. As a family I’d not recommend.

We had a fabulous time and I have to say the organisers left no stone unturned to make us feel welcome, it actually exceeded our expectations and the atmosphere was brilliant, lifted our spirits and we danced to glory ♥️

Awesome time! Loved it. Authentic mexican music, latino food, fresh drinks, good vibes. My girlfriend and I are defo back at the next event!!! Best arepas ive ever had… and last time i had a Paloma like that was when I was in Acapulco!!!

Never again! Horrible organisation, rude security. We (a group of 6) were very excited to attend the Dias de los Muertos today. We booked the "free entry before 3pm" tickets. We arrived just before 3pm only to be told that there's another event happening at the venue and we have to come back at 4pm. Fine, we grabbed some drinks and came back at 4pm promptly. Many people were already queuing. At 4.15pm the venue was still closed. We saw the security searching people's bags, confiscating some bananas (!) and emptying someone's plastic water bottle (and then giving it back to them - to do what?). The security was rude and unhelpful the whole time. At 4:35pm they still haven't let anyone in ("shortly!"). We decided to leave and have a nice dinner somewhere else. Huge disappointment.

We were made to queue in the line (outside in the rain) for 1,5h due to an earlier event running late and organiser's missinformation on the ticket. After this horrific incident we left the line and went for food elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDING!

Awesome one we got in. The tickets said entry at 5pm, but we lined up for over an hour. And absolutely no care in the world from any staff. Could have been easily fixed by having correct entry times, and setting expectations

The event was very good but there were too many reserved tables and not enough seating that'll wasn't reserved.
Should have,started at stated time nearly an hour late.
There should be notification that you can reserve a table
