Good atmosphere and easy to view matches from standing + sitting. More benches to sit on would be ideal. 11 pound is very expensive for entry alone and no drink included. Some drinks were overpriced compared to others

The vibe and venue were great, but they completely oversold tickets so we could barely all fit in. There was no way to access the bars because we were all so squashed, and it took ages to weave through a tight packed crowd to find an empty spot to stand in to watch the game. Then while watching the game we constantly had to squish together to let others move through. We left at half time as it was just too much, and that took 10min just to get out. It wasn't only uncomfortable but actually really dangerous! What's the point of ticketing an event if you oversell it... Such a shame!

Run out of certain dishes very early, over cooked dishes, slow service.. For this kind of events there should be at least one more person at the tills and 3 more to help serve.

It wasn’t an event for a family it was for mostly adults. To crowded the food didn’t long last . Long queue to buy the food and when finally you got your turn now food available . Really dissatisfied

Event not as advertised. It was supposed to be an Ibiza vibes event, they were playing reggae from the previous event and this continued. Staff were extremely rude and slow, no idea about customer service. Wouldn’t recommend nor would I return to the venue. Disappointed.

Oh wow had such a good time with my friend. Honestly the rain did not stop us to have a blast. Great music and musician, Propa rum punch, lovely dancers and artists. Such a good vibe and atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

It said the event was an Ibiza themed event from 4-10pm
We arrived at 5.30pm and they were still playing reggae. We queried this with the staff who had no idea about the events that were on that day.
We were then told it was a “mix” of music, which is not as advertised or I wouldn’t have gone. The bar staff were extremely rude, we waited at the bar for 15 minutes at one point while 3 staff stood chatting. We said “hey” to get someone’s attention and the so called “bar manager” then had a go at us for being disrespectful and said she had to deliver an important message to her colleague/ she proceeded to call security and try to get him to kick us out for no reason. Shocked and appalled at the event and even more so at the rude, lazy bar staff, will not be returning
