Whirled

Founded in 2001 Whirled Art Studios set out to create affordable artist and workshop space to suit all creatives. Fashioned from 2 large inter connected railway arches close to Brixton we have created a creative and social environment for our resident artists. Loughborough Junction Studios now comprise 9 self contained and 9 open plan studios catering for a diverse range of artists and crafts people. The space also incorporates an in house photography studio and Member's Cinema. Whirled Art successfully expanded its studio base in 2010 with the development of a Victorian Printworks to form our Forest Hill Studios. These studios comprise 20 self contained studios. Whirled Art is now the home to some 60 artists including painters, designers, ceramicists, glass, textiles and photographers.
