UK Centre For Carnival Arts

The £7.3 million state-of-the-art building, based in Luton - the home of Europe’s biggest one-day carnival, houses a band training and rehearsal studio, a welding and casting facility and a costume-making workshop. The centre will focus on artists’ professional development, skills and business training in the fields of music, stagecraft, and performance. UKCCA is also working in partnership with local education providers to develop carnival arts qualifications and will offer summer school courses for children and young people.
