Charity Ruby Tournament Maidenhead

Join us on 27th July, 2024, at Maidenhead Rugby Club for an exciting Mixed Charity Touch Rugby Tournament in honour of Steven Perrin. Enter as a single player, or as a team and enjoy a day of thrilling rugby and activities all for a great cause. Proceeds will aid the research for the Meningitis Research Foundation.

• Matches: Enter to play in a mixture of games, all matches will be mixed touch rugby and will be open to all abilities.
• Support the players: Join the crowd of spectators within the pitch side seated stands and cheer on the players, enjoy plenty of beverages at the outside bar and feast on as many cakes as you can.
• Support a Cause: All proceeds go to MRF dedicated to ongoing research.
• Fun for All Ages: Family-friendly activities including face painting, bake sales, food, and entertainment
• Prizes: On the day there will be opportunities to buy raffle tickets for a chance to win exciting prizes.
• Tournament medals and prizes for all players: Winners will receive prizes and all participants will receive a token of gratitude for entering in the tournament.

• Enter as a player: It will cost £5 to enter as a player. You must wear rugby boots on the pitch, boots will be provided on the day, and we ask for a £2 donation towards this.
• Tickets for the event: We kindly ask that a £5 minimum contribution be made to enter the crowd. Kids go free! Please see below on how payments can be made.
• Volunteer: We need enthusiastic volunteers to help with various event tasks. Your time and effort will make a huge difference!
• Donations: All donations for raffle prizes, cake sales, and any other donations would be highly appreciated, please get in touch with me if you are keen to get involved.
