Absolute waste of money,I would never take my child there again awful experience not even a Christmas tree up, if I could get a refund that would make me extremely happy, also the boots take there cost £10 and it’s got to be the worst quality photo I have ever had.

Unfortunately there wasn’t enough decor to make it feel like a santas grotto. The staff were so lovely and it was the best Father Christmas 🎅🏼 I’ve ever seen and he was fab but the venue wasn’t magical and the photo with Santa was of poor quality for £10, the ones I took on my iPhone were better, the professional one was really bright white I got it home and was disappointed as you can barely see my daughter in it, the light exposure is highly saturated. We were there about 15/20 minutes max and the present wasn’t great it was a paper bag with toot in it, most went in the bin, it would have been nicer to receive a story book or a single toy. So I wouldn’t recommend or visit again sadly.

Bare minimum. Bouncer and Father Xmas was lovely but it was a very slap dash bare minimum experience. Kids thought it was OK. In all honestly I wouldn’t recommend or book again.

I wouldn't recommend this experience for the price or quality. Overpriced, underwhelming and only took 10 mins. No effort to decorate the venue other than a plastic igloo dome in the middle of the dance floor. 5 mins with Mrs claus making reindeer food and story (in the club booths with no effort to decorate again) and then quickly talking to santa and gift bag given. Gifts fairly good quality and Santa was one of the best I've seen as was great with the kids and parents, just a real shame about the setting and effort put into the surroundings and massively overpriced, especially as photos also cost at least £10. You would find better in a shopping mall.

For the money it cost. The place wasn't that greatly set out as a grotto. The Santa was great the Mrs claus seemed very unenthusiastic the , reindeer food was oat and cornflakes . There was no kind of structure to it . It was a strange experience that I probably wouldn't repeat. Looked better online than in person.

It was over in 10 minutes, Mrs Christmas was about 22 years old! We took two children and one of them got more gifts in their present than the other. The presents were pound land quality. Santa looked very good but that was the only thing that was authentic. For the price, I expected a lot more. It promised a lot but delivered very little.

For the money it was a waste and a waste of time, you get 2 secs with Santa and he literally gives you a gift bag, not once did the Santa ask what my child wanted for Xmas if if he had been good etc etc, while experience was shocking will not be booking next year

Nightclub was empty only around 20-30 people at 22:45 just before tickets expired.
Got told inside that the live music event was no longer going ahead. Disappointed.

Amazing place! Staff! Billy was brilliant! The drinks where so nice we got there at 11.40 & was give a welcome drink 🥂 food was pizza & donuts/brownes 😜🍕 music was really good 🎶🎶

Some of our group of 13 were drivers and did not get served a soft drink or mocktail for the first 30 minutes of the one and half hour bottomless brunch despite asking twice and I even went up to the bar to ask! We were served one small pizza between us all as there was one lady serving the whole venue and then waited another 15/20 mins before the next pizza arrived. Each pizza did not feed everyone. Hardly bottomless. Service was not good at all.

The venue was absolutely freezing including the toilets, I think it was warmer outside. The food was dreadful basically pizza pizza and more pizza the donuts and brownies were stale 😘😘 it wasn’t an ABBA tribute it was one young lady singing Abba songs with three girls dancing around her. The sound system for the singer was awful 😱😱 and the Prosecco wasn’t particularly free flowing the watered down c**ktails were but had to keep asking for the Prosecco

DJ was good as were the young bar staff but it was disappointing and very underrated I’m afraid you need to visit Skinny Kitchen to learn how a successful Bottomless brunch should be

Sorry but I definitely would not recommend

For the price paid for this event I would say it wasn’t put together very well well and not worth the fee!
The venue was very dark and dingy; and stank of the clubs affairs from the night before.
The organisation was okay, they had standard party style games and dances for the kids, but I don’t agree with the fact that from the games they played the child who won was awarded ‘points’, the points never actually accumulated for anything so utterly pointless!
A child was allowed to host their birthday party through this event as well, which as you can imagine my child was confused to the point they thought we hd gate crashed a strangers party.
The venue provided juice for the kids included in the price but when the kids decided they was hungry you was looking at something like £7 for nuggets and chips …
To top it all off, the kids came away with nothing to show for attending apart from a little pick and mix bag with about 5 penny sweets in.

I’d say do your research before attending but the event provided very little information about what to expect and after writing this summary I now understand why!
