The whole event was so well run, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great.

I was disappointed with the Encanto mini brunch. I previously did the Disney mini brunch at the same venue which had 6 characters. There was no advertisements showing sclantily scad women on the screens and the food was good.
The Encanto one was a disappointment for the cost. The food was terrible, bread was stale and rock hard on the burgers, last time the food was lovely. There was only 2 characters. They hasn’t switched the nightclub adverts off on the screen bearing in mind the average age yesterday was under 5s. The music was a lot of adult music, at the last event it was Disney childrens songs

Absolutely awful !! Honestly gutted with this experience…. When we first entered there was little interaction with anyone. The advertisement of “bottomless mocktails” was no other than a disgusting tropical juice, that was topped up only once on the whole event. The childrens food arrived half hour into the event and come to the table stone cold; when I complained about the temperature of the food to the employee (who I later discovered to be a manager) I was rudely told “we can’t serve boiling hot food to children” I responded that the food wasn’t even warm and he told me “well it’s been on a hot plate, the adults food will be hot”. The entertainment was appalling, there was 2 encanto characters, one of which sang 2 songs; they posed for a photo with the children and done the conga before then leaving the event…. They wasn’t even around for a hour. My 2 children sat around for the rest of the event asking what was happening next and if anymore characters were coming. The music was nothing more than club anthems with a maximum of 4 disney songs thrown in. A game was thrown in at the middle of the event…. Which required 2 adults to race to find random objects; again nothing any young children would be interested in. The music was ridiculously loud and even the pictures flashing up on the screens were seemingly inappropriate for little children. The benches that was set up for guests left little floor space for the children so even dancing was a limited option.
The whole event was a compete and utter shambles…. An I honestly hope that no other poor unsuspecting parent wastes there money on these “family themed brunches”.
After my 2 children asking to leave the event a hour before the end, we took our loss and ran for the hills. Upon leaving we spoke to the security man on the front door “bernie” who when we said we was unhappy told us, even tho he couldn’t see what was going in inside he was appalled at the music being played inside and that he had “had a bit of a tiff with the manager over his opinion on this”. I left my name and number for the manager to contact me as I am so unhappy with this ridiculous money making scheme they passed off as “encanto themed family event” …. But if I’m honest I highly doubt I’ll be given the courtesy of a phone call.
Parents DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, your leave with disappointed children and a horrible tropical taste in your mouth.

DO NOT BOOK THIS EVENT!! Absolute Rip Off!
After 2 very excited little girls (7 & 4) going to an Encanto brunch, to walk in to see NO decorations, NO Disney/ children friendly songs being played by the DJ, squash being served ow and their “mocktail” was tropical juice!
The food came out for the Children and it was FREEZING cold, I complained to the manager who grinned and said what do you expect I can’t give kids piping hot food, I replied with maybe not but surely it should be warm… he continued to try to excuse why he was giving children freezing cold nuggets and chips then said it had been on a hot plate… it must have been off!. He then sarcastically said don’t worry the adults food will be hot… it most definitely was nowhere near even room temperature!!
The DJ seemed to use the time as a set warm up AT A KIDS EVENT, so much so my eldest daughter asked why I brought her to a night club!! LIVID!!
The “hype man” was speaking at a childrens event aiming more towards entertaining the adults than the children. Then doing an adults game while children sat looking confused as to what was actually going on.!
2 characters came out, Mirabel only knew odd words of the 3 encanto songs they sang. They then did the conga, had pictures with the kids and then stood around a celeb (who was there as a freebie to promote, I can assure you if she had paid what everyone else did she wouldn’t be happy either)!!
The VIPs were people that jumped the queue, didn’t pay as “they knew the manager Jack” but got told just to turn up. They even got served their food first!! FUMING.!
We left this robbing event over an hour early due to my 2 girls asking if they can go somewhere fun!
The only advantage I can say is the security man “Berni” was a genuinely lovely understanding man. He was so good with my girls when they went in and even on the way out asked the girls if they had a great time to which they both responded with a sad “not really” and he genuinely looked gutted for us all. I did leave my details for the manager to contact me but I can positively say I’m sure he won’t be contacting!
Ballin and Mini Brunch’s you should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing peoples money under the pretences of “a childrens event” when it couldn’t be further from their minds.! If your going to do a childrens event, start with actually thinking about children!!!!

Terrible execution. Not an encanto brunch as advertised. Was playing club music for most of the event. The main character was only around for 1 song then disappeared.

Just felt like it wasnâ??t kid friendly enough. Dj played mainly adult music other then 4/5 encanto songs. Would have been better if they had Disney songs. Unfortunately could have been done so much better
